After being SWINDLED by Lexus South Bay, charged for services that were not done and then when I provided images and proof that the filters were not changed, there wasn't even a follow-up done by a service manager - it was abysmal. Lexology specializes in going through your car with a fine-toothed comb, looking for anything that might be below factory standard. Because of this, they often recommend more repairs than another mechanic. However, they don't pressure you in to repairs you don't need, and are happy to explain their professional opinion, and highlight which repairs to focus on. From the first call to picking up my vehicle, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and honestly refreshing.
